Following consultation with both staff and students, we have introduced these learning dispositions as a way for children to talk about their learning. The dispositions are also intended to provide children with a framework to consider when they are challenged as learners. By being able to talk about their learning we believe children will be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses and seek appropriate support to help them progress as learners. ​
